- Provide comprehensive technical support and administration for our CRM system, including user account management, workflow customisation and configuration management
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and implement new features to enhance system efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate closely with various departments to understand requirements and implement technical solutions
- Design and conduct training programs to support employees in effectively utilizing the CRM system
- Implement robust data quality monitoring processes and execute measures to maintain data integrity
- Stay up to date on the latest CRM technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for system improvements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record of 3+ years in implementing and managing CRM systems
- Extensive experience in complex Salesforce administration, including proficiency with Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and aptitude for quickly adapting to new business requirements and technologies
- Exceptional level of diligence and reliability in executing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across various departments and technical expertise levels.
