enior Product/Service Specialist is responsible for selling complex technical products and/or services. Typically specializes in a limited number of products and/or services that are considered highly specialized and strategic in nature. Provides technical details of ULs services for use in sales presentations. P
- artners with Account Managers or Outside Sales team as opportunities to close sales. M
- anages and coordinates a relationship with UL’s customers. W
- orks with Business Unit leadership in the development of global or regional account strategies, goals, and plans. F
- ocuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, expansion of safety services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers. D
- evelops new programs and services in support of business growth. D
- evelops and presents sales proposals, systems solutions and close complex technical sales opportunities. D
- evelops and maintains a highly technical knowledge of UL’s products and services. E
- ffectively communicate value proposition to clients. S
- upports junior staff with complex details of UL’s products and services. Helps to develop and expand their understanding of UL’s products and services.

U
- niversity Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors Degree) in an Engineering field or a related discipline. D
- irectly related experience, ideally in an Automotive/Transportation industry. S
- trong ability to think critically - evaluate, analyze, and synthesize information to translate complex customer needs into functional software requirements. C
- ommunicating complex needs in voice of the customer. S
- trong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of leadership and employees. S
- trong results-orientation, adaptability/flexibility, and willingness to manage expectations in a positive manner. S
- trong organization skills and adaptability to work in a dynamic role with various responsibilities required to engage cross-functionally.
