Product Manager D-A-CH

Job Function:
This role is accountable for the implementation and execution of Product launches and related initiatives (including the A4 & A3 hardware portfolio and hardware related topics).

This role has strong interaction and collaboration with peers in the EMEA and the WW Global Portfolio Managers to ensure a coordinated approach across EMEA. Also works closely with the DACH Sales Leaders and Sales Teams and the appropriate Enterprise Large Account customers and Channel Partners.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) and first point of contact for the Lexmark Product line-up and all Hardware related topics.
- Develop a comprehensive and solid expertise for all Hardware-near topics, e.g. solutions, services and supplies offerings, Managed Print Services, certification processes, sustainability and circular economy and so forth.
- Attending weekly Global & EMEA Marketing calls and communicating the relevant information to the local Field Marketing and Sales teams.
- Planning, executing and comprehensive communication of all product launches in a proper way to ensure the successful delivery internally and externally.
- Working with central teams during the pricing process: provide local market insights and positioning information, communicate and upload pricelists.
- Sharing of product disclosure presentations and roadmaps when permitted.
- Supporting special Sales requests with SME Know-how, compose statements.
- Ordering and distribution of beta/eval devices for Key Accounts, managing logistics.
- Take ownership for the CEC Customer Engagement Center Showroom in Neu-Isenburg to ensure it is up to date with the latest products, solutions, offerings.
- Continuous improvement of the showroom area and benchmark labs.
- Responsible for the delivery and execution of Sales training, developing talk tracks & Sales scripts as well as product demonstrations for partners and customers.
- Accountable to tracking, analyzing the defined KPIs for product marketing.
- Product related budget planning with the utmost attention for detail and excellence.
- Be the product spokesperson for meaningful events, trade shows, webinars and other comm’s platforms to promote Lexmark’s product offerings.
- Maintain open and active communication paths to sales leaders and their teams.
- Attend Sales Meetings with active engagement, also for vertical industries.
- Leveraging the market intelligence and competitive analysis to be familiar with and provide regular updates on market share, competitive dynamics and positions.
- Supporting and monitoring of product certification processes in teamwork with Global teams for Blue Angel, PTS etc. and active engagement with associations, such as Bitkom, RAL to ensure the timely availability.
- In country reviewer: Including the review and validation of all product collaterals.
- Maintain positive, productive and cross-functional working relationships, with Professional Services, Managed Print Services, Vertical Industry & Global teams.
- Open for teamwork and collaboration on temporary projects and campaigns.
- Ready to take over resonsibility for future-oriented and trend-setting topics.
- Education & Experience_
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience_
- Many years of professional experience, approx. 8 years related B2B job experience_
- Product Marketing & Sales Experience, Product Management_
- Effective presentation skills, in-person or via webinar_
- Proven ability to manage and lead projects_
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience_
- Skills_

Confident communicator and presenter. Passion for products requiring explanation

Excellent writing skills and attention to detail

Native German, fluent in English verbal and written (daily communication)

Planning, project management and analytical skills

Teamplayer, hands-on mentality, embracing the market dynamics

Accountable, proactive, solution-oriented, can-do attitude

Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite platform (D365 would be beneficial)
