SSAM Korean BBQ, located in the vibrant heart of Berlin, is renowned for its authentic Korean cuisine and energetic dining environment. We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and support our human resources department in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative duties.
Tasks
- Assist the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed.
- Help organize staff training, development programs, and team-building activities.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Support the management of employee benefits, attendance records, and payroll preparation.
- Assist in the organization of semi-annual team bonding events, including BBQs and other company activities.
- Help maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.Proficient in English; basic German skills are required.
- Other language skills are an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and willingness to contribute to team success.
