Als Asset Transaction Assistant / Business Analyst Immobilien (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben class="text-element"> Projektbezogene Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen Aufbau und Pflege der Datenbank Vorbereitung von Business Cases Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projekten: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Projekte Unterstützung der Transaktionsprozesse Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Hotel Management, Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL oder Wirtschaftsrecht mit Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Immobilien, Transaktionen oder Revenue Management, aber auch Quereinsteiger* sind bei uns willkommen Konntest dir bereits ein Grundverständnis über Hotels, Immobilien, Finanzen aufbauen Eigeninitiative in Kombination mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und detailorientierter Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit Excel Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Asset Transaction Assistant / Business Analyst Immobilien (m/w/d).
