Customer Service Representative

JWR Employment Specialists are delighted to be working with a growing international manufacturing company located in Bodenheim, Germany to recruit a Customer Service Representative.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information requested by the customer
Provide customer service in Germany and other European countries.
Prepare Quotations, process orders, invoice, bill and dispatch
Book goods into our warehouse
Communicate with freight forwarders and couriers
Maintain customer master data
Facilitate the optimization of customer service processes
Translation into English, French and Italian
Monitor orders, delivery dates and incoming payments
Check required documents for correctness
Archive documents in our ERP system and ECM system
Compile data and prepares various reports for management
Assist in general office work
**Qualifications, Education & Experience**:

Must have a third level qualification in Business or other related degree from an accredited third level institution.
Have professional oral and written communication in both the German and English language.
Works independently with mínimal work supervision
Must have good organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
