**The following challenges await you**:

- You are part of HCT's Global Reporting team and jointly responsible for global financial reporting tools and processes.
- You support the various management functions with the definition of relevant performance indicators, integration of various data sources and provision of modern reporting formats.
- You drive the implementation of automatization, digitalization and AI tools to increase efficiency within the global controlling teams.
- You optimize the international controlling processes and actively work on ensuring data quality.
- You will be responsible for the controlling of three joint venture companies in Asia.
- You will support the global strategy process and central HCT projects.

**Your Profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a equivalent field of study with a focus on finance and controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling in a manufacturing and global company
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working and high IT affinity
- Business fluent in English and strong communication skills
- Experience and enjoyment of international cooperation (locations in Asia and the USA)
- Consistency and initiative in pursuing and implementing goals
- Flexibility, independent working methods, team orientation and a high degree of commitment, ambition and resilience
