**full-time position to be filled as soon as possible in our division IT in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg.**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage the strategy for our infrastructure and operations team to support company development and ensure the integration within the Edenred Group
- Lead & develop a team of 20 employees by introducing new technologies, new capabilities, and new competences to execute the overall IT strategy and enhance value delivered to business
- Work very closely with Edenred group infrastructure and operations team, as well as with other business
- Strong collaboration with the IT Security and Compliance officer, operationalize IT security strategy and IT resilience
- Measurement and reporting of KPIs and performance
- Develop and report budget planning, control the operating expenditures (OpEx) and capital expenditures (Capex)
- Support periodic reviews by internal audit, compliance teams and other risk-related functions

**Your Profile**:

- At least 10 years of management experience in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure and managing IT Support/Helpdesk
- A strong focus for developing solutions and operate them in cloud/ SaaS environments
- Experience in strategic planning, organization design and development for infrastructure and operations in cloud/SaaS environments
- Experience in an international environment, with global, regional and local governances
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate staff and maintain alignment with business and IT strategy
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, strategic planning and execution skills
- Proven experience in budgeting, P&L management, OpEx and CapEx, including Cloud pricing models
- Experienced in working in a matrix organization
