**The following challenges await you**:

- You are part of the global Leadership Team of the Business Line Base Material.
- You lead the global sales controlling overseeing the Business Line P&L at four sites in Europe, US and Asia.
- In this context you manage the global budget planning, the monthly forecasting process, as well as consolidation and analyses of the actual performance.
- Focus is on growth and profitability of the Business Line. You are investigating deviations and trends, and deriving potential needs for actions.
- Besides, you are responsible for the financial evaluation of strategic options and investment proposals.
- You are working closely with the Site Controlling teams, and report into the Global Head of Finance Heraeus Covantics.
- In addition, you are optimizing the global controlling processes, and ensuring highest data quality in our financial systems.

**Your Profile**:

- Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent with a focus on Finance and Controlling
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Controlling of a global manufacturing business
- Strong communication skills in English (business fluent)
- Strong analytical skills, fast perception and personal drive as a self-starter ensuring successful implementation of agreed actions and goals
- High level of self-confidence and collaboration skills that allow for successful stakeholder management with your business partners and colleagues
