**Your tasks**:
- You will monitor the administrative and operational activities of the global sales function Customer Service.
- You will implement and continuously improve OtC, SAP, S&OP as well as sales administration processes (CRM).
- You will identify, prioritize, plan and execute Commercial Excellence initiatives and be accountable for results.
- You will be responsible for reviewing sales commissions, providing pricing and quotes to sales staff, sales analysis and reporting.
- You will manage all Customer Service activities, S&OP activities, ERP OtC initiatives, forecasting, sales claims, sales automation and digitalization.
- You will process and review sales related agreements.
**Your qualification**:
- University degree in business administration (at least Bachelor's degree) or qualified professional vocational training
- Experience in a comparable position, first management experience is desirable
- Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Detail and number orientation
- A convincing, communicative personality, reliability and openness towards intercultural teams
