**Introduction**:
Pendulum, a Substrate-based blockchain developed by SatoshiPay, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Working Student to join our team. As a Business Development Working Student, you will support our business development efforts, conduct market research, and assist with presentations and communication activities. Pendulum is a blockchain platfom that combines traditional finance with DeFi and focuses on stablecoin forex. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the blockchain industry and contribute to a cutting-edge project.

**What you will be doing**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing market analysis reports, competitor analysis, and business development strategies.
- Support the Business Development team in identifying and engaging potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Help create and deliver presentations, pitch decks, and other presentation materials to showcase Pendulum's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product and marketing to ensure smooth communication and alignment of business goals.
- Monitor industry news, stay updated on blockchain and Polkadot developments, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Assist in organizing and participating in online and offline events, and conferences to promote Pendulum's brand and foster partnerships.

**Your skills**:

- Enrolled at a university in Germany, preferably studying Business Administration, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in blockchain technology, with knowledge of Polkadot being a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and other office productivity tools is a must.
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather and analyze market data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
