As a **Business Development - Working Student (M/F/d)** at CWC, you will work closely with the Sales team to support key business initiatives.
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting the team in researching and identifying potential clients, building targeted client lists, and preparing outreach strategies.
- Conducting industry research to uncover market trends and competitive insights that drive business development.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate client data, lead status, and sales pipeline information.
**Your Profile**:
- You are currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and can dedicate around 15 hours per week.
- You have a keen interest in Sales, Business Development, or the healthcare industry.
- You are detail-oriented and able to analyze and organize large amounts of data.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- You are motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- You speak German at a native-level and are fluent in English (minimum B2).
