**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and editing CVs and writing tailored cover letters for clients, ensuring their profiles are presented clearly and effectively.
- Provide regular reports to clients on the progress of their job search.
- Conduct outreach on LinkedIn, sending messages to potential employers on behalf of our clients to facilitate interview invitations.
- Offer continuous support to our recruiters throughout the process, ensuring a smooth experience for both recruiters and clients.

**Requirements**:

- A solid understanding of IT landscape. You know that java is backend and javascript is frontend.
- Strong ability to evaluate customers' skills and qualifications to match them with the right IT job opportunities.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail for composing effective CVs and cover letters tailored to specific roles.
- Proficiency in using online job search platforms and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Strong research skills to find companies and job openings based on client criteria.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with Canva/Figma is a plus.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1) and Russian (C1).
