- To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
- To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Must be fluent in Chinese and German + English language is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Energetic, confident and with a target driven attitude.

**Offering**:

- up to €40 000 annual basic salary based on experience.
