Germany - Client advisory / Relationship management, Sales - Personal & Corporate Banking **Job Reference #** - 279016BR **City** - Frankfurt am Main **Job Type** - Full Time, Part Time **Your role** - Key Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Development of client book, increase share of wallet and profitability with tailored product offerings - Identification of client needs and active implementation of our "value proposition" according to the principles of the business model, identification and development of cross-selling opportunities (e.g. additional services, referral back to Switzerland or other units) - Maintenance of the client base (domiciled in the EU) through appropriate measures (e.g. client visits/contacts, events etc.) - Competent contact person for internal and external clients regarding all questions related to day-to-day business activities - Diligent handling of administrative and organizational tasks - Acquisition of new clients (mainly subsidiaries of Swiss-based groups in Germany) - Maintenance of interfaces to Switzerland, ensuring cooperation and exchange of information - Active risk management to reduce risks and implement UBS's business policy (e.g. regular information to supervisors about potential risks and problems) as well as responsibility to comply with the relevant KYC, legal compliance guidelines and policies - Support/participation in projects (e.g. expansion of the product range, market analyses, evaluations) - Supporting the expansion and development of potential new offering (e.g. FX Forward) - Bringing in own experience to help develop the offering (especially with sales & marketing), while continuously reviewing and optimizing processes - Travels to Switzerland to visit clients as well as UBS internal business partners in different regions **Your team** - You will be part of the Corporates International Europe team in Frankfurt in their mandate to serve and advise Swiss and Swiss-linked European Corporate Clients in their developments in Europe (outside CH). **Your expertise** - Corporate Banking experience (lending, TF and FX know-how) - Detail oriented with a very high level of pro-activeness and persistence - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Client focused personality and strong team player - Fluent in German and English **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
