Kundenberater / Client Advisor (m/w/d)

In dieser Funktion bist Du einer der wichtigsten Diptyque-Botschafter*innen in Frankfurt, welche*r die DNA der Marke vertritt und gleichzeitig die Verkaufsziele übertrifft. Du stärkst die Beziehung zu den Kunden, indem Du sie für die Geschichte, die Qualität der Inhaltsstoffe und die Kreativität von Diptyque begeisterst. Werde Teil eines sympathischen Teams, welches mit Spaß bei der Arbeit gemeinsame Ziele realisiert und erfolgreich ist.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gewährleistung eines exzellenten Kundenservices

  • Entwicklung loyaler Diptyque Kunden und Nutzung unserer CRM-Tools und Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen, einschließlich In-Store-Events

  • Sichere Produktkenntnisse

  • Sicherstellung aller Diptyque Standards

  • Kenntnis des lokalen Umfelds

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Premium- oder Luxuseinzelhandel

  • Starke Verkaufs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Hervorragende soziale Kompetenz, Selbstständigkeit, Freundlichkeit und Geduld

  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Kundenkommunikation, -gewinnung sowie -management

  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise

  • sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
