**Client Service Advisor (m/w/d)**

**Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Verantwortung für die Lösung von Kundenanfragen, möglichst in erster Instanz
- Lösungen von Problemen währen der Transportkette erarbeiten und diese proaktiv an unsere Kunden kommunizieren
- Sicherstellung das spezifische Kunden-SLAs durchgängig eingehalten werden, und dass alle Probleme, die das Erreichen der SLAs verhindern, entsprechend angegangen werden
- Rechnungsanfragen und -kontrolle
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse und Systeme, um den Service und die Effizient zu steigern und die Kosten zu optimieren

**Dein Profil**:

- Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, optimalerweise bei einem Logistikunternehmen
- Sichere Umgang mit den gängigen Systemen und Programmen, auch mit Microsoft Office 365
- Erfahrung im proaktiven Aufbau und Management von Kundenbeziehungen
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
- Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten
- Bereit zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, aber auch gewillt Prozessverbesserungen vorzuschlagen und umzusetzen
