Job ID: 28425- Location: Regensburg, DEFor our new Technical Compliance Management System (TCMS) we are looking for a Specialist Technical Regulations to ensure Legal Technical Regulations and standards (LTR) for OBD are uniformly interpreted across Vitesco Technologies products. The Specialist belongs to Technical Compliance organization within Vitesco Technologies Engineering.
**Your new responsibilites**:
- Monitoring of Legal Technical Regulations and Standards for specific technical area of OBD including the management of an up-to-date and exhaustive LTR list for a worldwide overview.
- Clarification and interpretation of LTR relevance and mapping to the different impacted products.
- Derivation of LTR into technical requirements in coordination with the specific product development teams across the Engineering community.
- Identify relevant external committees and ensure representation of Vitesco Technologies in alignment with internal Network
- Organize and maintain a global network within the engineering community to ensure knowledge exchange for OBD related topics
- Support Technical Compliance incident and concern management (pre
- and post-SOP) with own expertise
**Your profile**:
- Completed degree in a technical field of study (e.g. mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, electrical engineering or similar)
- Long term professional experience in the automotive industry and preferably in the supplier business
- Expert knowledge of Regulations for OBD
- Extended knowledge of automotive products
- Advanced understanding of external committee structure for OBD_ _with interest to further expand this knowledge is a plus
- Business fluency in English language mandatory
- Advanced communication skills for collaboration within international organizational structures, as well as advanced team working, and networking skills needed
