**Duties**: 1. Leads Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans Development. 2. Serves as the Cyberspace Operations Subject Matter Expert to USEUCOM. 3. Represents USCYBERCOM, 16 AF/AFCYBER, and JFHQ-C (AF) Equities. 4. Represents the division, directorate, and Command in appropriate activities, including working group meetings addressing cyber programs, policy and other such activities designed to investigate, make recommendations on, and disseminate enterprise-level guidance on complex issues. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - U.S. Citizenship Required - All new CES employees are required to complete a three-year CES trial period - Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed - Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal and Regulatory Guide - The employee may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime. Shift work and on-call may be required on an as (continued) - needed basis to cover contingency and crisis action planning efforts - Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft - Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a passport, both official and tourist - Mobility is a condition of employment. The employee must sign an Air Force-wide mobility agreement (Note: See AFI36-202, dated 19 Aug 2019 for guidance) - A pre-employment physical examination is required. Certificate of Medical Examination Recommendations, Memorandum In Lieu of OF-178 Part C/D, is required - Relocation Incentive may be authorized for this position - Direct Deposit: All federal employees are required to have direct deposit - Disclosure of Political Appointments **Qualifications**: - In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.**This is a GG-13 position in the Cyber Excepted Service (CES). The GG-13 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs)**: Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: - 1. Knowledge of the policies, principles, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to operations planning, leveraging the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP). - 2. Knowledge of fundamental science, principles, and practices of DODIN operations, DCO, and OCO, current cyberspace capabilities and limitations, and cyberspace strategy, law, authorities, and policy. - 3. Broad knowledge of DoD and Federal Government cyberspace issues, objectives and operations, as well as regulations and policy directives governing planning of cyber operations.- 5. Effective communication (oral and writing) and interpersonal skills to work with members of staff and leadership, to include skill in requesting or requiring input from staff sections, presenting briefs, developing CONOPS, drafting RFS and explaining complex information and solutions to senior leaders.- **PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE**: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.**VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE**: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
