As a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Planner, supporting EUCOM J39. The JEMSO cell (JEMSOC) is the staff element that plans, manages, and assesses electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) operations to achieve EMS superiority. Function as the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Operations Planner to integrate JEMSO across the Headquarters, Components, DoD, and Interagency. Develop, coordinate, and manage JEMSO Task Management Tool (TMT), Concepts of Operation (CONOP), Operations Orders (OPORD), Execution Orders (EXORD), Tasking Orders (TASKORD), and operational analysis reports in support of current and future operations and contingency plans.

**You Have**:

- 5+ years of experience with EW operations in the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Army
- Knowledge of Joint functions at the operational, strategic, or national level
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- 3+ years of experience with EW operations in the DoD as an Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) or Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECMO)
- Experience as a UAS operator or air operations, including SIGINT or EW
- Experience with Major command or a Combatant Command
- Experience with the planning or management of electromagnetic spectrum operations
- Experience with Joint Publication 3-85
- Knowledge of Line-of-Sight, Satellite Communications, and Precision Navigation and Timing threats
- Possession of excellent analytical skills at strategic and operational levels
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attended the Joint Targeting School or Weapons School

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
