SDI Germany GmbH, the German subsidiary of SDI Limited, a major Australian manufacturer of dental products is looking to add a new position to its customer service team based in Cologne.

Additionally, SDI has subsidiary offices in North America and Brazil, and sells its products to over 100 countries around the world via an established distribution network

**Customer Service Representative**

The position will be on a 30 hours / week basis and is to be filled as soon as possible.

The position available requires fluency in English and French. It will be preferable to have a good competency in German.

In order to maintain the high standard of SDI’s customer service, and for the company to ensure its expansion, the languages mentioned above are a very important aspect of the position. Fluency in both written and spoken forms of the languages is essential.

The following activities are among your tasks:

- Processing and follow up of customer inquiries and sales orders.
- General customer care.
- Data entry and data maintenance.
- Preparation and management of trade fairs, as well as promotional activities.
- Supporting the sales force.
- Coordination of stock and associated logístical responsibilities.

Your skills will include amongst others:

- Experience in telephone customer services.
- Resilient and spirited work attitude.
- A real ‘teamwork’ personality.
- Competency in the above mentioned languages.
