Customer Service Representative / Test Assistant (m/f/d)

What We Offer

  • Customer reception and support
  • Customer support by telephone
  • Organization of examination days
  • Assigning and collecting examination fees
  • Conducting psychological examinations as a test assistant
  • Management and implementation of abstinence checks
  • Order management, scheduling, and follow-up
  • General administrative tasks (correspondence with authorities) in the commercial and medical fields

Your profile

  • Completed training in healthcare or comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in administration desirable
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs
  • Friendly, confident, and articulate manner with our customers
  • Organizational skills
  • German level C-1
  • Enjoy working in a team, ability to work independently
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience
  • Willingness to adjust working hours to the workload
  • Willingness to work at other locations
