As a People & Culture Intern you will be considered a full part of our team making critical decisions that will not only have an impact on your team, but the overall achievement of our company vision. You’ll get to work closely with your mentor and team members, while taking ownership of initiatives independently. We are driven by the passion to recognize aspiring talents and are therefore committed to helping you grow both professionally and personally.

Your role
- Present 4.screen as a top employer: You will develop new recruiting strategies (active sourcing, employer branding, etc.), analyze the effectiveness of different channels, and make sure that 4.screen is known to our target group and that the number of applicants continues to grow
- Support and shape the personnel administration: You design and optimize all processes and take over administrative tasks for processes such as onboarding or offboarding of our employees
- Promote our corporate culture: You live our corporate culture and communicate it to the outside world. You help with the conception of regular team events, which create cohesion and team spirit within the team
- Manage our office: You make sure that our culture is represented in our office and that our team feels comfortable. You bring in new ideas and make our office a meeting point for our employees

Our requirements
- Current enrollment in a master’s program or nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field of Business, Economics or similar, ideally with a focus on Human Resources / Organisation
- Availability for at 4-6 Months internship (follow-up employment as a Working Student or Full-Time is possible)
- Proficiency in English (min. B2+) and German
- Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset
- Curiosity to learn, dive deep into new topics, and support putting insights into action
- Strong team player, who is happy sharing knowledge with others
