**The Role**

You'll also work closely with the Works Council, ensuring a constructive partnership that supports both employee interests and business goals.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Provide clear, solution-focused guidance on employee relations matters including policies, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance
- Advise people managers on recruitment, job evaluation, and inclusive hiring practices
- Deliver hands-on support across performance, talent, and succession planning processes
- Manage local compensation and job evaluation activities, collaborating with global teams for alignment
- Support organizational changes by guiding consultation processes and people-focused transitions
- Promote compliance and continuous improvement by maintaining HR policies aligned with legal standards and evolving business needs

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Fluency in German & strong verbal and written English skills
- Able to build trust and positively influence collaboration across diverse teams
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on key responsibilities
