We are looking for a **People Operations Assistant (M/F/x)** to support all stages of the employee lifecycle from pre-boarding till the departure including, Workday processing, and working to resolve employee queries.

This role will work across our Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa (EMESA) region, as we scale up internationally having recently launched new offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Casablanca

Come join us - it’s an exciting journey ahead You will work in partnership with an interdisciplinary global People & Talent team, blending 'hands-on' day-to-day operational human resources work with strategic consulting.

**In this role you will**:

- Be a member of the DV EMESA People Operations team working towards a distinctive people service offering for our DV EMESA employees
- Oversee and maintain updates for all employee records in the HR system “Workday”, holiday tracking system (WhosOff) and employee files (Egnyte, Sharepoint), ensuring that information is up to date and accurate
- Provide first point of contact support to the DV EMESA employees for HR administrative questions, payroll and benefits questions, people data, etc.
- Execute a variety of employee lifecycle processes such as pre-boarding, probation, flexible working options, immigration topics, leave of absences, offboarding, DV’s alumni administration
- Support the People & Talent team with involvement in any ad-hoc internal initiatives and projects
- Regularly liaise with inter-company key contacts such as Legal, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Compliance, Mobility, Immigration, etc.
- Actively manage communications with authorities (foreigner's office, citizen office) and third-parties (health insurance companies, visa services, etc).

**You should have**:

- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree, preferably in an HR-related field
- First experience in a process-oriented role, HR operations experience is a plus
- An independent, structured, efficient and service-oriented working style with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple sensitive topics in the highly confidential manner
- Joy in simply checking things off
- Business fluency in English
- Multitasking comes naturally to you, and you handle also thematically different tasks precisely, reliably, and with ease
