**#Unterstützung der Programmleitung**

**#Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen, Erstellung von Sitzungsprotokollen und Projektdokumentationen, Nachhalten von Terminvorgaben**

**#Vorbereitung von Präsentationen**

**#Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung des Projektes**

**#Informationsverteilung und Projektkommunikation**

**#Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen**

**#Dokumentation der Projektunterlagen und des Projektwissens**

**#Schnittstelle zur Kommunikation mit dem Programmoffice**

**#Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Veränderungsmanagement**

**#Koordination von Personalressourcen und Dienstleistern**

**Ihr Profil**:
**#Deutsch (C1) in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse**
**#Berufserfahrung innerhalb der letzten 5 Jahre**

**#Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektassistenz, bestenfalls im PMO Umfeld**

**#Erfahrung im Personalmanagement**

**#Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket**

**#IT- und Zahlenaffinität**

**#Gute Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit**
