Als Project Management Office Lead HR Tech übernimmst du Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Auswahl und Implementierung einer cloudbasierten HR Softwarelösung. Hand in Hand arbeitest du dabei mit unserem HR Management und dem Project Management Office Lead HR Transformation zusammen und gestaltest die technologische Basis für eine zukunftsgerichtete HR-Arbeit im gesamten Employee Life Cycle.

- Dein Impact- Verantwortung für die Steuerung aller Aktivitäten für die erfolgreiche Auswahl und Implementierung einer cloudbasierten HR Softwarelösung inkl. der Steuerung des externen Implementierungspartners
- Entwicklung einer Migrations-Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung der HR-internen Anforderungen sowie Ausgestaltung einer Governance-Struktur für den Umgang mit (Customizing)-Anforderungen
- Orchestrierung der für eine Implementierung notwendigen Vorbereitungen im HR Bereich, die du gemeinsam mit weiteren HR-Kolleg*innen vorantreibst
- Proaktives Management interner und externer Stakeholder, um eine erfolgreiche Implementierung in Time & Budget sicherzustellen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz
- und Compliance-Richtlinien im Zusammenhang mit der cloudbasierten HR Softwarelösung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Gremien (z.B. Cloud Compliance, Betriebsrat)
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Management, weiterer HR-Expert*innen und dem Tech-Bereich arbeitest du an einer langfristigen HR Tech-Strategie, um Effizienz und Wirksamkeit der HR-Prozesse zu optimieren
