Job Description Summary

The McNulty Leadership Program is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the curricular and co-curricular programming that drives leadership development for students at Wharton.

**Job Description**:
The Program Coordinator will report to the Associate Director of Undergraduate Leadership Development to provide operational and logístical support for courses in the Leadership Journey (such as WH 1010 and MGMT 4020), for the WH 1010 TA community and client engagement, and for undergraduate co-curricular programming, especially the Leadership Compass. In addition, the Program Coordinator will work closely with the Associate Director of MGMT6100 for the operations and delivery of the first year MBA course MGMT 6100: Foundations in Teamwork and Leadership. This role will ensure that the preparation and delivery of these curricular and co-curricular initiatives flow smoothly, including logistics, program delivery, and providing foundational administrative support including financial tracking, data collection and analysis.

We are seeking a highly organized individual, who can manage time independently in a fast-paced environment. A keen attention to planning details and logistics is essential, as this role will execute programs and events from beginning planning through catering, event breakdown and final invoicing. This role works with diverse stakeholders (e.g. faculty, Wharton alumni, external vendors, students, etc.) thus collegial and effective communication is important. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about logistics, events management and working within an engaged and supportive team environment.
