Job Description Summary
**Job Description**:
The Research Coordinator will support the research activities of the Principal Investigator in the study of health policy and the regulation of biomedical technologies, precision medicine, and physician-industry relationships. Primary responsibilities include identifying data sources, compiling data, and preparing data for analyses using statistical software. Other supporting responsibilities include conducting literature searches, drafting literature reviews, assisting with manuscript preparation, and assisting with grant and IRB submissions.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, quantitative skills, attention to detail, oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated facility with SAS, Stata, or R. 1-2 years of research experience is required. All majors are welcome to apply, but applicants with economics, quantitative policy, statistics, or programming background with an interest in health would be the best fit for this position.
In addition to a cover letter describing relevant qualifications, undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) transcripts and a writing sample are requested. The writing sample should be sole-authored and should be at least 10 double-spaced (5 single-spaced) pages.
This position is contingent on funding.
