We are looking for a Head of Underwriting Integrity and Solution EMEA based in Munich (M/F/d).

**Your Team**
Our team is committed to shape and maintain a holistic, efficient and effective Underwriting Governance framework that spans all Lines of Business and drive cross-Line of Business initiatives.

**The Impact You Will Have**
Reporting to the Global Head of UW Integrity and Solution, this role requires cross-Line of Business (LoB) and cross-function knowledge to drive global Underwriting-related projects and governance tasks. It requires a close collaboration with all Lines of Business and other functions like Operations, Reinsurance, Claims and the Allianz Group centers. The role includes driving strategic initiatives and shaping elements of AGCS’ governance frameworks in a lean and effective way. The role includes managing a team of four.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**
- Ensure solid governance processes are in place for AGCS and rolled out to all LoBs in close collaboration with the respective LoBs
- Drive continuous improvement of underwriting governance processes and ensure adherence to those processes (e.g. authority framework, business reviews)
- Lead, drive and manage global underwriting-related strategic projects that span multiple Lines of Business
- Drive that solid processes are in place for compliance topics relevant for Underwriting often in close collaboration with other functions (e.g. sanctions and reinsurance processes)
- Prepare and present on project outcomes to senior management
- Lead a team of four through times of change

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the insurance industry (Underwriting, Market Management, Risk Management or similar) or a consulting firm with focus on the insurance industry
- Track-record in successfully managing complex, cross-departmental and strategic projects
- Very good understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and independent executive and strategic thinker with a track-record of driving change
- Capability to manage and drive innovation and change
- Presentation & communication skills
- Fluent English skills
