**DevOps Working Student/Intern**:

**Contract type**:Student (20 h/week) or internship (40h/week), compensation based on experience level

Key aspects of your work:

- ** Infrastructure Management**: You shall work with cloud platforms (such as AWS, and Google Cloud) to provision and manage infrastructure resources, including virtual machines, containers, networking, and storage. This could involve writing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform
- ** Software Development**: You shall be involved in developing scripts, tools, and automation workflows to streamline software development processes. This could include writing code in programming languages like Python, Bash, or Typescript to automate tasks and build deployment pipelines
- ** Learning and Growth**: As a working student, you will have the opportunity to learn and acquire practical skills in various DevOps practices and technologies. You may participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to expand your knowledge and understanding of the DevOps field
- ** Collaboration and Documentation**: You will likely collaborate with different teams, such as developers, DevOps and Sys Engineers. It is essential to communicate effectively, document processes, and share knowledge within the team. This includes documenting configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices

**Technical compentencies**
- ** Programming**: Confidence coding in languages like Python (for script automation, tools development, work with APIs)
- ** Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)**: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitLab Pipeline
- ** Cloud Platforms**: Good understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP
- ** Operating Systems and Networking**: Good understanding of operating systems (e.g., Linux) and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing) for troubleshooting and configuring infrastructure components
- ** Containerization**: Kubernetes and Docker are not unfamiliar concepts for you

Monitoring and Logging**: Experience with monitoring and logging tools for example, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
