Join us in revolutionizing business mobility as a Working Student in DevOps at our company, where we are building Germany's leading business mobility platform. As part of our dynamic and cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in developing features within a specific value stream while actively influencing product decisions based on input from customers, stakeholders, and your team.
We foster a collaborative engineering culture, emphasizing technical excellence and knowledge sharing. As a working student, you'll learn from experienced engineers, work with cutting-edge tools, and have the opportunity to shape how we build and operate reliable software systems.
Tasks- Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices while supporting daily DevOps operations.
- Support in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab), ensuring smooth and automated software delivery.
- Assist in managing containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud services, with a focus on AWS (Azure optional).
- Contribute to monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to improve reliability and observability.
- Participate in incident handling and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with developers to streamline deployments and improve developer experience.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- First hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD tools (GitHub/GitLab).
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PHP, Bash, Java)
- Interest in topics like automation, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a team.
- Communication: fluent English required; German is a plus.
