Munich, Germany We are a young FinTech company consisting of highly talented and motivated employees. To further extend our Operations team we are looking for like-minded and performance-oriented newcomers. As a Working Student/ Intern in our Operations Team you will cooperate closely with several other departments at CRX Markets, be involved in the growth of a young department and assure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. In addition to assisting the onboarding of new clients onto the CRX Marketplace, you will gain deep insights into regulatory requirements of financial institutions, perform due diligence and know your customers checks and communicate closely with customers from all over the world. As an administrator of the CRX Portal, you acquire detailed insights into our product enabling you to implement your own ideas and continuously improve the product and our processes. **Your Role**: - Onboard new clients onto the CRX Marketplace - Communicate and provide support to our clients - Perform reporting and data processing tasks - Conduct anti-money-laundering checks - Actively improve processes, contribute to the continuous development of our product and become a fully integrated team member - Closely collaborate with our Sales & Account management team and Legal department - Support the daily tasks of the Onboarding team **Your Profile**: - Student of business administration, communications, economics or a related field - IT affinity and interest for finance and compliance topics - Detail-oriented and meticulous way of working - Very good knowledge of MS Office - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work with a heterogeneous and international customer group - Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset - Fluent in German and English, further language skills are a strong plus **Our Offer**: This position offers you the outstanding opportunity to become part of the growth of a successful FinTech company.
