**This role will**:

- Define, maintain, monitor, and support the CE Commercial Operations Credit Management Manual, process, and governance across CE Commercial Operations.
- Design and implement financial steering themes to align with business objectives
- Coordinate and support the global budgeting and forecasting process for CE Commercial Operations
- Provide business and performance analytics to the Global Business Partner to enhance decision-making
- Lead and participate in finance transformation and other global efficiency initiatives related to CE Commercial Operations.
- Actively provide business partnership support to Technical Services, focusing on improving financial transparency
- Prepare for and support TPI governance through the TPI Steering Committee meetings.
- Lead the Global Consolidation and Analytics and Global Finance Business Partner Analyst teams, managing consolidation, business analytics, results commentary and preparation of insightful analytics for both planned and ad hoc meetings
- Lead and oversee the D-GmbH Controlling team managing tasks including coordination, budgets/forecasts, flash closing, transfer pricing and cost center controlling.
- Collaborate with the OTP Team and Regional Finance BPs to design the framework for implementing the new transfer pricing initiative between CE and CD.

**This will be achieved through**:

- Owning the delivery of key global Finance initiatives
- Lead and follow through projects
- Engage in collaborative design and foster stakeholder collaboration
- Establish clear frameworks and guidelines
- Business analysis for decision support
- Scenario Planning & risk management
- Coordination with relevant stakeholders for global budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordination with Regional Finance BP colleagues for Business result commenting
- Work closely with senior leadership and develop robust frameworks
- Driving strategic planning and decision support
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on priorities
- Prepare analytics for planned meetings and ad hoc requirements
- Work closely with CoEs and GBS as needed

This role will also oversee and support the development of team members in Global Consolidation, Finance Business Partner Analytics, and D-GmbH Controlling.
