Together we are on an exciting growth journey and want to successfully shape the future of STADA.- **Finance Business Partner Global Operations (f/m/d)** - Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent**What you can expect** - You manage budgeting and forecasting process STADAs production sites (20 Sites) - You organize consolidation and proper preparation of actual financial reports and KPIs - You perform analysis of Site and financial KPIs, provide recommendations to Senior Vice President, Cluster and Site Heads for improvement - You drive and conduct global projects aimed to improve financial performance and processes - You influence finance community and teams from other functions through proactive challenging of Site financial performance and its key factors - You support proactively finance and other functions as “decision expert” in finance related topics **Who we are looking for** - You have a degree in economics, finance or similar - You have at least 3-year experience in operations (production) finance, ideally in the Pharmaceutical or Fast moving consumer goods industry - You are accurate with numbers, have analytical skills and carry out your tasks systematically and responsibly - You deliver information in clear and user-friendly manner, have good presentation development skills (MS Power Point, Think Cell) - You have in-depth knowledge of MS Excel, good knowledge of SAP (CO/FI, B4P).
