- Development and execution of a strategic approach for respective communications needs at Vitesco Technologies locations worldwide
- Consistency at Vitesco Technologies locations communications with regards to corporate values, policies and objectives (e.g., through establishing/fostering a location communications network and community management)
- Further development of a global Vitesco Technologies locations communications strategy with regards to DIRECTION 2030
- Monitoring of the implementation of strategic projects, target alignment and quality in communications at Vitesco Technologies locations
- Training of location communicators worldwide regarding communication policies/standards as well as corresponding areas
- Coordination and support of global crisis communications of Vitesco Technologies locations
- Consultancy and guidance of local management in regards of professional relations with external organizations of interest, agencies and service providers
- Organization and implementation of worldwide live webcast formats including live audience, in close coordination and cooperation with IT, locational functions and agencies
- Designation and regular checks of worldwide locations for financial reporting
- Development and implementation of new communication technologies
- Management of global communications topics of Vitesco Technologies locations
- Ensuring of positive business impact by supporting cultural development and cultural change at Vitesco Technologies locations
- Interface within Vitesco Technologies Corporate Communications, the Divisions, Central Functions as well as the markets and countries.
**Your Profile**:
- Academic degree in Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent required
- Long-term knowledge in locations communications’ tools, processes and implementation methods mandatory
- Knowledge in all fields of operational and strategic communications
- Long-term knowledge in the automotive field
- Extensive project management experience
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Confident demeanor, good moderation and presentation skills
- Distinctive method of working focused on service and the customer
- Intercultural experience mandatory
