Job ID: 24569- Location: Regensburg, DE, 93055In your role as Microcontroller and Communication Interface Specialist (M/F/d), you will cover a wide range of activities and support the management in strategy definition. This includes the definition of common Digital Core architectures and solution elements for a broad and varied product portfolio. You represent VT in committees as well as at conferences and have an extraordinary perspective and diverse opportunities for further development within the framework of the established expert career. Direct customer contact as well as interaction with suppliers give you pleasure and expand our common basis.
**Your new responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for µC/SoC/comm IF relevant technical alignment and frontloaded concept development
- Define and drive the Digital Core Architectures for cross product platforms based on future product needs and industry trends
- Perform technical marketing for Vitesco Technologies solutions and EE Architecture concepts
- Define architectural requirements of the next generation µC- and SoC modules together with customers, suppliers and cross-divisional leading Engineers (M/F/d)
- Support OEM discussions regarding Digital Core Architectures and technical solutions
- Support the product portfolio definition, roadmap process and strategic decisions
- Drive innovation in the area of microcontroller platform and SoC architecture
**Job requirements**:
- Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or similar qualification- Profound knowledge and long-term experience in the areas of
- µC/SoC/µP Architectures and their digital building blocks
- industry and automotive communication interfaces and protocols
- hardware
- Several years of experience in performance modelling and benchmarking of complex embedded Microcontroller-, SoC and/or Microprocessor systems incl. their internal/external components
- Advanced knowledge of semiconductor design
- and manufacturing technologies
- Good understanding of Functional Safety
- and Security concept and development according to ISO26262 or ISO21434
- Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work in a cross-organizational network with external and internal key players
- Profound presentation skills, confident appearance and a self-determined working style as a strong team player
