Our client is a medium-sized, internationally operating and organically as well as acquisitively strongly growing group of companies in the field of telecommunications and IT services. With more than 250 employees (M/F/d), our client is active in 20 countries and develops, installs and operates communication and media systems.

We are now looking for a Head of Project Management (M/F/d) for the location in Hamburg as soon as possible.

**Your mission**
- Disciplinary leading and developing a team of up to 10 project and IT delivery managers that steer complex IT projects from requirements analysis to system deployment.
- Coaching the team members and sparring other departments regarding project management methods and tools.
- Prioritisation of projects and project requests after alignment with C-Level.
- Creation of clear structures and guidelines in project management, development of a coherent process for professional multi-project management as well as its implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Evaluate and determine the success of a project based on performance against targets and key performance indicators.
- Driving continuous improvement of project and quality management processes.
- Identification and implementation of benchmark solutions to recurring project obstacles, support of cross-functional collaboration and point of contact for escalations.
- First point of contact for both external and internal new project requests, ensuring and orchestrating timely feasibility estimations.
- Generation, management and presentation of meaningful summary reports on the status of all projects as a valid decision-making basis for the Telio C-Level.
- Coordination of external suppliers and partners for projects design and execution.

**Your profile**:

- A degree in Management and a project management certification are a plus.
- Proven experience in leading a PMO or an extensive portfolio of projects.
- Demonstrated experience in a tender-based or contract business environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, strategies and tools.
- Being highly reliable, trustworthy and motivational.
- Extremely talented in time-management and organization in general.
- Work experience as a manager, supervisor or coach & being able to inspire and engage people.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Being willing, able and brave to make decisions.
- Very high flexibility for working in an international environment.
- Proficient English skills - both spoken and written, German skills are a plus.

Gehalt: 90.000,00€ - 100.000,00€ pro Jahr
