If this sounds like you too - read on As our **Head of Asset Services in Germany** you will be responsible for leading a professional and highly motivated team of construction managers and coordinators in the refurbishment of existing residential buildings at scale across the country. With the team, you will be responsible for the longterm planning of team and supplier capacity and scheduling projects, as well as daily tasks of managing budgets, quality, timelines, contracts, compliance and construction partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible to build new structures and improving processes through technology and data that allow the department to scale 100x through digital product development. **Your Role**: - Lead, support and grow our professional and highly motivated construction management teams in Germany, overseeing department capacity and team allocation - Ensuring that renovations are completed on cost, on time, and in quality in all service phases of the renovations process consistently - Build processes relating to the selection, evaluation, and commissioning of contractors and suppliers across various German markets - Build and optimise digital data-driven systems to plan, manage and evaluate success across the value-chain, along with our product, data and engineering teams - Drive ESG innovation in renovations, looking at low-energy, low-water use, sustainable materials and zero waste solutions **Your Profile**: - Exceptional organizational and team management skills with a rare ability to create a positive and healthy work culture 7-10 years experience in the planning and execution of construction projects, as well as supplier management and negotiations - Experience of working in technology and fast growth companies is highly preferred - Willingness to constantly learn and the desire to grow within a global organization Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, collaborative and results-driven - Confident in construction contract law, as well as cost and project control - Comfortable traveling across Germany, and possibly Europe - Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with project development software - Business fluent in both written and spoken German and English - Valid driver's license class B **Benefits**: - Flexible and remote working arrangements - Dynamic, driven and respectful colleagues - A culture that is devoid of egos, where People > Product > Profits - Equity in the business - Mental health & therapy support - Cultural events, location trips (once feasible) and volunteering opportunities - No dress code - ...and much more
