With a team of over 85 passionate people, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the golf industry - one swing at a time. Based in Munich, our international Design team is looking for a **Senior Graphic Designer (M/F/d)** to join us in a dynamic and collaborative environment where bold ideas and great design matter.

**Your Fairway**:

- You are responsible for managing tasks and developing the design team.
- As part of our design team, you strengthen our brand through consistent and engaging content that reflects and promotes our company values and mission.
- You create and optimize assets for various media (website, paid and organic social, newsletters, print materials, etc.) to communicate our messages clearly and effectively.
- You contribute innovative ideas and develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns that engage our target audiences both online and offline.
- You collaborate with the product team on new products for our portfolio.

**Your Scorecard**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience (min. 3 years) in graphic design, preferably in a product-focused environment
- Expertise in using graphic design software (particularly Adobe Creative Suite)
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools in creative and operational workflows
- Demonstrated strong creative skills with an in-depth understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and aesthetics
- Proven experience in managing and developing design projects and teams
- Passion for product design and the ability to create aesthetic, functional designs
- Knowledge or interest in golf is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and present design decisions confidently
