**Your mission**:
We’re looking for a Digital Graphic Designer (M/F/d) with a strong focus on newsletters
and digital marketing assets. You’ll be responsible for designing high-performing digital
campaigns to paid ads, you’ll create visuals that balance brand consistency with data-driven
performance, collaborating closely with the marketing team to continuously optimize results.

**Your responsibilities**
- Create visually engaging social media content optimized for multiple channels
- Collaborate with performance marketing and CRM teams to A/B test creative variations and continuously improve results
- Translate campaign briefs and performance insights into compelling visual solutions.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for web and mobile, meeting technical requirements for each platform
- Support the development of a consistent visual identity across all channels

**Your profile**:

- Experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Knowledge in marketing channels and adapting creative for all platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
- Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create assets while maintaining brand consistency
- Eye for detail, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

**Nice to have**
- Understanding of motion design for performance ads (GIFs, short animations)
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for digital design
