Senior Visual Designer(M/F/d)

**Your role**:
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to further enhance our brand identity and visual communication. We're seeking a versatile and strategic thinker who can develop impactful visual assets while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll be the go-to person for building on our branding, marketing materials, technical infographics, and you will contribute to visualize product interfaces - in close collaboration with Product Management, and at the intersection with Sales, Marketing, UX and UI teams.

**Responsibilities**:
**Branding & Corporate Identity**
- Develop and maintain a compelling Brand Guide that reflects Franka’s values, vision, and technological innovation.
- Ensure visual consistency across logos, color schemes, typography, and brand elements - for digital platforms, marketing materials, and product interfaces.

**Early Visualization of Digital Interfaces, with Contributions to UX/UI**
- Support early-stage UX/UI concepts with visualization and prototyping.
- Collaborate with the UI and development team to improve the aesthetics and usability of product interfaces.

**Marketing & Communication Design**
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, merchandising, and digital assets.
- Produce high-impact presentation materials, such as corporate presentations and visuals for webpages, to support business development, sales, and internal communications.
- Render prototypes and products with realistic 3D visuals.
- Create engaging infographics, schematics, and technical outlines of hardware products to communicate complex ideas clearly.

**Office/Showroom/Booth Design**
- Support the design and visualization of office environments that reflect the Franka Robotics brand, ensuring functional and aesthetic layouts for team and visitor experience.
- Design showroom and demo visuals that showcase Franka Robotics in a compelling way.
- Contribute to the development of exhibition booth designs that are functional, engaging, and on-brand.

**Your experience and qualifications**:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in branding, graphic design, and visual storytelling - ideally within the technology, robotics, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic/Visual Designer, with a portfolio showcasing branding, marketing materials, slide decks, UI/UX assets, and product visualizations.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or equivalents.
- Experience in 3D rendering and technical drawings, with proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks and Rhino for creating high-quality product visualizations.
- Strong conceptual thinker - able to create scalable, meaningful designs.
- Hands-on and versatile - comfortable working on both high-level branding and practical, day-to-day design tasks.
- Great communication and collaboration skills - you will work with UI, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Adaptable and proactive - thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
