**Your mission**:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (M/F/d) with strong expertise in print and packaging design to
help shape how our brand comes to life offline and on the shelf. From packaging concepts to printed
marketing materials, you’ll create designs that not only look beautiful but also deliver a consistent and
impactful brand experience. While your main focus will be print and packaging, you’ll also support
digital campaigns when needed to ensure flexibility across the creative team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Take ownership of print and packaging design projects, from concept to production-ready files
- Design and develop packaging for products
- Create printed assets such as brochures, flyers, event materials, and in-store displays
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to translate brand strategy into design solutions
- Maintain brand guidelines across all print and packaging projects
- Support the development of a consistent visual identity across all channels
- Support digital campaigns when needed by adapting or creating digital assets for ads, social, or web
- Stay up-to-date on trends in design and print

**Your profile**:

- Experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on print and packaging
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design and printed materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with Canva
- Solid understanding of print production processes, including color management
- Eye for detail, typography, and composition
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with 3D mockup/rendering tools for packaging visualization
- Knowledge of branding and how packaging plays into the full customer experience
- Interest in exploring how AI tools can support creative workflows
