From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our colleagues offer support in the areas of on - and off-boarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems and processes. We are looking for experienced and motivated HR Admin Specialist (Italian speaker) (f/m/d) for deployment in Berlin as soon as possible. Your tasks: - Be responsible for ongoing HR service delivery, administration of employee life cycle events, handle various HR topics and support payroll team. - Be responsible for generating documents, letters, templates and reports - Document process changes and communicate it to all affected interfaces (ServiceNow, Workday) - Maintain employee data in HRIT systems - Execute employee data standards, processes and policies across regional HR Operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction - Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements and other KPI’s, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met Your profile and qualifications: - Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or vocational training & professional experience (> 2 years) - Min 1 year HR background OR experience in data management - Good problem solving and administrative as well as high organizational skills, e.g. managing multiple open requisitions - Experience in delivering quality work in fast-paced environment - Fluent in Italian and English, French or Spanish are a plus What we offer: - International team based in the heart of Berlin-Mitte - Insight into the dynamic world of an HR Shared Service Center - Flexible home office policy / Hybrid - Monthly Lieferando food voucher - JobRad and Urban Sports Club allowance - In addition to the home office option, your workplace is part of TOG (THE OFFICE GROUP) - an innovative, global shared office concept: look forward to modern, light-flooded office with free coffee and tea specialties. - _For reasons of readability, no gender-specific differentiation is made in the job advertisement.
