**My duties**
- System solution ideas are architected and well defined including competitive solutions, technology opportunities and risks, and conceptual as well as practical limitations. Existing capabilities’ offerings, such as networks, reports, lab infrastructure, academic cooperations, customer contacts and the like are a strong part of the research implementation
- The potential of innovative nanosensor system solutions is captured, assessed, and prioritized whereby internal and external SMEs and their networks are leveraged
- Prioritized nanosensor topics are managed such that content, budget and timeline commitments are met; progress, opportunities and risks are communicated transparently. Prioritization is aligned with business, customer, and patient needs. Technical assistance in customer co-creation of early concepts constitutes an essential part of the prioritization
- Cross-functional collaboration is made use of and, vice versa, contributed to wherever possible

**My qualifications**
- PhD in physics, biophysics, medical physics or equivalent with additional experience in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, bioengineering or similar
- Postdoctoral experience advantageous
- Strong expertise in nanosensors (such as nanoparticles, nanowires, nanopores etc.)
- Experience in the field of in-vitro diagnostics is an advantage
- Proven skills in data management and data analysis, including advanced analysis methods, statistics, data mining
- Good German and business fluent English language skills
