**My duties**
- Planning, development and execution of experiments or other scientific analysis based on scientific considerations within the context of group / project objectives. Investigation or development of methods / technologies for driving projects. Planning / work distribution, procedure / method selection. Control and presentation of results. Interpretation and joint presentation of results. Identification of work packages for outsourcing aiming at optimal internal resource utilization
- Active cooperation in global research projects: Completion of subtasks. Consolidation, analysis, presentation and documentation of results as well as presentation of results to internal committees. Development of own project proposals, patents and publications
- Support of technology development: evaluation, establishment and documentation of new (project) strategies or innovative technologies and further development of technologies according to the latest state of technology / innovation. Development of own technological innovations, patents and publications
**My qualifications**
- University degree in chemistry, biochemistry or biology with PhD and professional experience or master's degree adequate with correspondingly longer professional experience
- Project management
- Fluent English language skills, Good knowledge of German
- IT skills (MS Office)
- Expertise in working with AAV, complex cell-culture systems (primary cells) and cell-biological assays (FACS, ELISA, fluorescence microscopy)
- Good handling of large amounts of data
