**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparation and production of pitch books mainly for corporate clients as well as PE clients in liaison with other business lines
- Financial modelling, including cash flow analysis & financial projections
- Execution of financing transactions (due diligence, structuring, negotiations, termsheets and legal documentation, support to syndication/sales team for distribution )
- Analysis of companies’ business model, capital structure, financial policy

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Management or related fields
- First experience in Corporate Finance would be preferable
- Knowledge of corporate finance and credit analysis
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work across all levels of the Organization
- Ability to analyse and summarise quantitative and qualitative information
- Knowledge of corporate finance and credit analysis
- Eagerness to learn and motivation
- Teamplayer
- Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload
- Excellent language skills in English; German or any further languages would be a plus
