Your responsibilities:

• Preparation and production of pitch books mainly for corporate clients as well as PE clients in liaison with other business lines

• Financial modelling, including cash flow analysis & financial projections

• Due diligence, primary risk assessment, analysis of transactions, preparation of credit applications, analysis of returns using internal profitability tools

• Execution of financing transactions (due diligence, structuring, negotiations, termsheets and legal documentation, support to syndication/sales team for distribution…)

• Analysis of companies' business model, capital structure, financial policy

• First experience in Corporate Finance would be preferable
• Knowledge of corporate finance and credit analysis

Langues

• Excellent language skills in English; German or any further languages would be a plus
