- As a member of the IT management team, you will actively contribute to the Heraeus IT strategy and develop it further. Together with your 5 competence centers, you will implement it and support the group-wide digitalization projects.
- You will be responsible for the services provided, budget and investment planning as well as resource management.
- You work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions that create value for them.
- You will ensure IT issues such as security/information security/data security according to applicable standards and guidelines.
- You develop and promote your employees and contribute to the identification of high potentials in the company.

**Your profile**:

- Completed studies with relevant reference to IT
- Many years of relevant professional and management experience in an international environment
- Relevant experience in the development and evaluation of IT architectures
- Hands-on leadership personality with a confident demeanor and the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions
- Communicative, emphatic personality coupled with a high level of service orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders at various levels
- Proactive approach to work and willingness to take responsibility
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
