This Role reports to the President of Honda Trading Europe GmbH

The Role:
Driven Business Administration Manager to maximize our company’s operating capabilities, oversee our strategies and directives, guarantee customer satisfaction. The
Business Administration Manager will collaborate with management to execute business strategies, manage our operations, and guarantee customer retention. You will play a pivotal role in creating and managing the budget and all other financial matters in order to ensure strong fiscal control and compliance, alongside consistent achievement of budget commitments. As a finance manager with a proven track record, you will be required to manage and control all aspects of HTE’s budgetary activities including preparation, approval, reporting and regional consolidation. In addition you will develop and implement strategies to protect our property and goods. You will manage financial policies and procedures and generate financial reports. Financial activities are split between our teams in Italy and Germany, and you will manage the activities in both locations.
Alongside your strong financial management, you will be responsible for HR, Corporate
Governance and IT management which together with Accounting make up the complete
Business Administration division.

To be successful in this role you must possess strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, thrive under pressure, have great people skills, and a strong aptitude for fiscal and legal matters. Ultimately, the outstanding business administrator should integrate and streamline business activities, achieve business goals through set strategies, and have a positive impact on staff productivity.

Main Responsibilities

The main duties will include overseeing and analyzing financial operations, approving purchases and expenditure, mediating between staff and other executives. Negotiate and approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders Senior Business
Administration Manager’s day-to-day duties include:
